This past season, the Grand View men’s soccer team made a historic run in the postseason.

As a No. 6 seed, the Vikings managed to win the Heart of America conference tournament, which earned them a spot in the NAIA tournament.

They were one of only two unseeded teams in the national tournament. That didn’t prevent them from going all the way to the semifinals, where they lost to eventual champion Hastings College 1-0 in extra time.

After Grand View’s amazing run, a few of the seniors on the team reflected on their soccer careers and how they feel about being a part of school history.
